Questions shop owners ask
Is it really free?
Yes. Every feature is free while your shop takes under 50 orders a month, with no card needed. When you pass 50, Praisin congratulates you and gives you 30 days to pick a plan. Nothing is ever charged without your approval in Shopify.
What happens to my reviews if I do not pick a plan?
They stay on your store, forever, and new reviews still come in. Only the asking and the sending wait until you choose a plan.
Does it work with WhatsApp and Viber?

Can I bring my reviews from another app?
Yes, from Judge.me, Loox, Okendo, Yotpo, Stamped and Shopify Product Reviews, or from any CSV file. Each imported review says where it came from, and you can undo the whole import.
Will it slow down my store?
The review widget script is under 10 KB and loads when a shopper scrolls near it. The review form loads only when someone opens it.
